Løvold Havpark is a project that will serve as a hub for Bodø's marine sector. The focus will be on innovation, collaboration, technology and sustainability. The park will consist of 9,500 square metres of existing premises, as well as a new, modern, climate-optimised wooden office building designed, delivered and assembled by Martinsons.
The office building will span approximately 5,000 square metres across six floors and is expected to be completed in April 2026. Hent AS is the turnkey contractor for the project, and Martinsons has previously collaborated with them in Sweden on the construction of the Sara cultural centre in Skellefteå, one of the world's tallest wooden buildings.
